We typically acknowledge requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, unless additional time is warranted.
Where “denied” requests appear, the primary reasons may include inability to verify the requester’s identity or a statutory exception that requires us to retain certain records.
We will update these metrics each year by July 1 (or another date if mandated by law) to reflect the most current information.
