Growbots’ Recruitment Privacy Notice
Please be advised that when you apply to open positions or future opportunities in Poland, the controller of your personal data will be Growbots sp. z o.o. with office at Hoża 51, Warsaw, Poland (“Growbots PL”, “we”, “us”). You may contact us any time at: gdpr@growbots.com whenever you may need additional information regarding the recruitment process or processing of your personal data. Growbots PL undertakes to meet data protection obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) hence please read this privacy notice carefully to be aware how and why we collect and use your personal information, both during and after the recruitment process.
Your data will be processed solely for the purpose of undergoing and future recruitment processes (if you do not object us to contact you) or future opportunities recruitments as well as for keeping records thereof. Therefore the major legal ground for the data processing shall be your consent – as you provide any of your information voluntarily. You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide data to Growbots PL during the recruitment process. However, if you do not provide the information we will not be able to process your application properly or at all.
We may also process your data upon the grounds of our legitimate interests such as to manage the recruitment process, assess and confirm a candidate’s suitability for employment and decide to whom to offer a job or to respond to and defend against legal claims and requests. In some cases we may need to process your data aucasinosonline.com to ensure that we comply with our legal obligations such as to check a successful candidate’s eligibility to work in Poland before employment starts. In case of successful application we will also process your data to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract with you and to enter into such contract. We do not use your personal data for automated decision making.
We may collect a range of information about you – depending on the contents of your application (and further documents you may supply) which is the primary source of recruitment data – which includes: your name, address and contact details, including email address and telephone number, details of your qualifications, skills, experience and employment history; information about your current level of remuneration, entitlement to work in Poland. We do not gather and process so-called sensitive data such as your ethnic origin, sexual orientation, health and religion or belief – please do not provide those within the application, unless health information needs to be collected to make reasonable adjustments to the recruitment process for candidates who have a disability. We may also collect personal data about you from publicly available sources such as business and employment-oriented online portals and services and/or – upon your consent – from third parties such as former employers who may supply direct references.
Your information will be shared internally for the recruitments reasons, which includes disclosing your data to our executives, members of the HR department, interviewers, managers in the department with a vacancy. We will not share your data with any third parties other than our service providers, unless your application for employment aucasinosonline.com/nz/ is successful and it makes you an offer of employment. We will not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area except to countries providing adequate data protection standards such as US organisations registered with Privacy Shield. Your personal data may be transferred to entities authorized to receive them under applicable laws, including the competent judicial bodies.
If your application is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment and after – for the period necessary to perform our legal obligations. If your application regards future opportunities or is unsuccessful we will hold your data on file until the end of the second year following the year of submission of your application so that we may review your candidacy and contact you in the future.
You have a number of rights relating to processing of your personal data such as the right to: access and obtain a copy of your data on request, require us to change incorrect or incomplete data, require us to delete or stop processing your data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing (especially if you have provided data which is not necessary for the recruitment process), object to the processing of your data if we rely solely on our legitimate interests as the legal ground for processing and to ask us to stop processing data for a period if data is inaccurate or there is a dispute about whether or not your interests override our legitimate grounds for processing data. You can also lodge a complaint to the relevant data protection supervisory authorities.
